The process is completely collaborative; from designing the shape to choosing the complementing gemstones.

For custom-made pieces, we begin with your idea and collaborate with you to refine the details, including your budget and preferred materials.

Once the overall specifications are defined, we will provide sketches and measurements along with the final budget. Please note that the budget includes 21% VAT but excludes shipping and duty taxes (applicable for orders outside the EU).

If you approve the budget, we require a 50% down payment upfront to begin production. Once the piece is completed and ready for shipping, we will notify you to process the remaining 50% payment. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically on our website and included with the final payment.

The estimated completion time varies depending on the complexity of the project, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
